Description

A solid beech board, 55 × 36 cm and 3.5 cm thick. The fitted rail does two jobs at once: on one side it is a handle for carrying, on the other a stop that rests against the edge of the worktop and keeps the board from sliding while you cut. When one face gets busy, simply flip the board over and carry on working on a clean surface — no washing, no interrupting the cooking.

At over five kilograms it stays exactly where you put it. Finished with white mineral oil approved for food contact.
