Payment Methods
Payments are handled by Stripe – a secure payment gateway compliant with the PCI DSS standard. Your card details never reach zlitego.pl servers – they are processed exclusively by Stripe.
- Przelewy24 (P24) – online bank transfer via any bank in Poland.
- Payment cards – Visa, Mastercard and other credit/debit cards.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay – one-tap payment on mobile devices.
Payment is collected at the time of placing the order. Orders for non-standard and oversized products (e.g. workbenches) require individual delivery pricing – payment is processed after costs are agreed.
Delivery
The delivery method depends on the type and dimensions of the ordered product:
- DPD courier parcel – products up to 31.5 kg and total dimensions up to 300 cm (e.g. boards, small furniture).
- InPost parcel locker – products fitting in S/M/L lockers (max. 41×38×64 cm, up to 25 kg).
- Pallet transport – furniture sets and heavy products (e.g. sets of chairs).
- Individual transport – workbenches and other oversized items; cost agreed individually.

Order Processing Time
We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier.
Shipment Tracking
Once the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
In-person Pickup
In-person pickup is available by prior arrangement. Address: ul. Promienna 3, 86-182 Świekatowo, Poland. Pickup is free of charge.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with use of the zlitego.pl website. In force from 1 May 2025. Last updated: 21 May 2026.
1. Data Controller

2. What Data Do We Collect?
Depending on the purpose, we collect:
- First and last name
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Delivery address (for orders)
- IP address and technical browser data (traffic analytics)
- Behavioural data (sessions, heatmaps – with consent)
3. Purpose of Data Processing
- Order fulfilment and sales support
- Handling enquiries submitted via the contact form
- Sending order confirmations and enabling order history access
- Fulfilling tax and accounting obligations
- Traffic analysis to improve service quality (with User's consent)
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation (tax law, accounting regulations)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the controller (claims, site security)
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – User's consent (analytics cookies, marketing)
Processing based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Recipients of Data – Third-party Transfers
Data is shared only with parties necessary for service delivery:
- Stripe Inc. (USA) – online payment processing; transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission; Stripe Privacy Policy
- Google LLC (USA) – Google Analytics 4 (traffic analytics); IP addresses are anonymised; transfer under SCCs; Google Privacy Policy
- Microsoft Corporation (USA) – Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings); transfer under SCCs; Microsoft Privacy Statement
- DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. – parcel delivery (name, address, phone)
- InPost S.A. – parcel locker delivery (name, address, phone, e-mail)
- OVH SAS (France/EU) – server hosting; data remains within the EU
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) are loaded only after the User provides consent. We do not sell personal data.
6. Transfers to Third Countries
Stripe Inc., Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation are headquartered outside the European Economic Area (USA). Data transfers to these entities are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by Commission Decision (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), ensuring an adequate level of protection. A copy of the applicable clauses is available on request by contacting the Controller.
7. Data Retention
- Order data – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the sale occurred (Polish Accounting Act, Art. 74)
- Contact enquiries – 12 months from last contact, unless related to a claim
- Claims-related data – until expiry of the limitation period (generally 6 years from the due date)
- Analytics data (GA, Clarity) – per Google and Microsoft policies (GA: up to 14 months; Clarity: up to 13 months)
- Authentication session data (orders) – 24 hours from login
8. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure – "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object to processing, including profiling (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)

The Controller does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects on the User.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via the website. The current version is always available at zlitego.pl/information_en.html#privacy.

These Terms & Conditions of zlitego.pl are in force from 1 May 2025. Last updated: 21 May 2026.
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the zlitego.pl online shop, including placing orders, making payments and delivery. They apply exclusively to purchases made through zlitego.pl – purchases via external platforms (Allegro, OLX, Sprzedajemy.pl) are governed by those platforms' own terms.

2. Definitions
- Website / Shop – the zlitego.pl website with online sales functionality.
- User / Consumer – a natural person using the website for purposes unrelated to their business or professional activity.
- Customer / Buyer – any person making a purchase, including businesses.
- Standard product – a product available off the shelf, made or restored before the order was placed (e.g. restored PRL-era chairs).
- Unique / custom-made product – a product handcrafted to individual specification or existing as a single piece (e.g. oak workbench, bespoke furniture).
3. Website Usage
- Users are required to use the website in compliance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
- The Seller is not liable for interruptions to the website caused by technical reasons beyond the Seller's control.
4. Placing Orders
- Standard products can be ordered directly through the cart.
- Unique and oversized products (e.g. workbenches) require individual delivery pricing – orders are placed via the contact form or by e-mail.
- All prices displayed on the website are gross prices (VAT included).
- A cart order is confirmed upon payment being settled by Stripe. The Seller sends a confirmation to the Buyer's e-mail address promptly.
- The sales contract is concluded at the moment payment is settled.
5. Payments
- Online payments are processed by Stripe (Przelewy24, Visa/Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) – a secure gateway compliant with PCI DSS.
- Card details do not reach zlitego.pl servers – they are handled exclusively by Stripe.
- Payment is collected at checkout. A failed payment results in cancellation of the product reservation.
- A purchase confirmation is sent by e-mail promptly after payment is settled.
6. Withdrawal and Returns
- Standard products: As a Consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must return the goods within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal notice. The direct cost of return shipping is borne by you. The Seller will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice; the Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return is provided. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to a different method (at no cost to you).
- Unique and custom-made products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). You will be informed of this before placing your order.
- To withdraw, please write to us at kontakt@zlitego.pl or by post to our registered address, using the form below or any other clear statement.
7. Complaints and Statutory Warranty
- Statutory warranty: The Seller is liable for physical and legal defects in goods for 2 years from the date of delivery (under Polish consumer protection law). As a Consumer you may request repair, replacement, price reduction or – if the defect is significant – withdrawal from the contract.
- Complaints should be submitted to kontakt@zlitego.pl or in writing to our registered address.
- The Seller will respond to a complaint within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is accepted.
- No additional commercial guarantee is provided unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
8. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution (ADR / ODR)
As a Consumer you have access to out-of-court dispute resolution:
- EU ODR Platform – the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Seller's e-mail for ODR purposes: kontakt@zlitego.pl.
- Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) – free mediation or arbitration at the Regional Trade Inspection Inspectorate. Requests can be submitted via the UOKiK platform.
- Consumer Ombudsman – free assistance from the local Municipal or District Consumer Ombudsman.
The Seller is willing to participate in out-of-court mediation.
9. Data Protection
Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of zlitego.pl, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Final Provisions
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Amendments take effect upon publication of the updated version. Orders placed before an amendment are governed by the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of placing the order.
- For matters not governed by these Terms & Conditions, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
- For disputes with Consumers, the competent court is the court of the Consumer's place of residence. For disputes with businesses, the competent court is the court of the Seller's registered office.
11. Withdrawal Form

A withdrawal submitted by e-mail is legally valid without a signature (Art. 30(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). A handwritten signature is required only on a paper version sent by post or enclosed with the parcel.
